How Coffeemanga started
Ever since coffee first became popularized in the Middle East, people have been brewing it at home. But what started as a simple process to make a hot drink has evolved into an entire industry.
Coffeemanga is a blog that explores the art of brewing coffee. Started by coffee aficionados Cody and Aaron, the blog covers everything from bean to cup, from traditional methods to innovative techniques. They write about their experiences with different roasts and brewing methods, sharing advice and recipes along the way.
The blog has a following of coffee lovers who appreciate the effort put into each post. It’s also helped Coffeemanga win several awards, including Best Coffee Blog at the 2012 Seattle Coffee Festival and Best Coffee Writing at the 2013 James Beard Awards.
Coffee remains one of the most popular drinks on Earth, and there’s no doubt that it will continue to be enjoyed for centuries to come. Thanks, Coffeemanga!

How we roast our coffee beans
At Coffeemanga we are passionate about coffee. We’re obsessed with the quality, aroma, and taste of each bean. Our roasting process is designed to bring out the best in every single cup.
Our beans are roasted onsite using a small batch system that allows for close control over the roast profile. This means that each batch of beans is unique, guaranteeing a consistent flavor and aroma throughout the entire roast.
After roasting, our beans are then ground to a medium or fine grind. This helps to create a smooth flavor profile and ensures that all of the coffee’s essential oils and flavors are released. We add fresh water and stir to create our unique blend of beverages!
